These Terms of Service describe the general conditions for using the Raven Parking website and any parking management services offered under the Raven Parking name. By using the website or a service that presents these terms, you agree to them to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use that service.

A separate agreement with a property owner, parking operator, or business customer may govern particular services. Disclosed reservation terms, checkout terms, and lawful posted facility rules apply to the relevant parking session. These terms do not replace those agreements or override rights that cannot be waived by law.

Raven Parking may supply parking management technology or services to independently owned or operated facilities. Use of Raven Parking technology does not, by itself, mean Raven Parking owns, operates, insures, or supervises a parking facility.

The applicable owner or operator may determine availability, rates, hours, access rules, vehicle restrictions, enforcement practices, and facility conditions. Check the information presented when booking or entering, and contact the identified facility operator for location-specific questions. A reservation guarantees a space only when that guarantee is expressly stated.

If an account is required, provide accurate information, keep it current, and protect your credentials. Use the services only if you have legal capacity to enter the applicable agreement, or with the authorization of a person who does. Notify us if you believe your account has been used without permission.

Do not misuse access credentials, misrepresent a vehicle or payment, bypass barriers or access controls, interfere with cameras or equipment, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, or use the website or services for unlawful purposes. Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary to address misuse, safety, or legal obligations, subject to applicable law and any separate agreement.

Review the rate, applicable taxes, disclosed fees, duration, and any cancellation or refund conditions before confirming a transaction. Parking beyond an authorized period may incur additional charges under disclosed facility terms and applicable law. No specific rate, refund entitlement, or cancellation window is established by these general terms.

Where a third-party payment provider processes a transaction, its applicable terms and privacy practices also govern that processing. Contact the party identified on your receipt or contact@ravenparking.com to report a billing issue or request a refund review. Mandatory consumer protections and lawful payment dispute rights remain available.

Follow posted signs, traffic directions, staff instructions, accessible parking requirements, and applicable laws. Park only in an authorized space, secure your vehicle, and avoid leaving valuables inside. Do not obstruct exits, access lanes, equipment, or pedestrian routes.

Parking can involve vehicle damage, theft, weather exposure, or personal injury. Cameras and access controls do not guarantee safety or prevent every incident. The presence of management technology alone does not establish custody of a vehicle or a valet relationship; any such relationship depends on the actual service and applicable law.

Report facility incidents to the operator and contact emergency services when immediate help is needed. Any towing, citation, immobilization, or other enforcement is subject to applicable law and the responsible operator's lawful rules and procedures. These terms do not independently authorize enforcement.

Services may be affected by maintenance, connectivity, power outages, equipment faults, or other interruptions. We do not promise continuous availability or error-free operation. Follow the facility's alternate instructions if a service is unavailable.

Where enabled, cameras or license-plate recognition may be used in accordance with the applicable privacy policy and location-specific notices. Review our Privacy Policy for general information about personal information. Facility operators and other service providers may have their own policies.

Raven Parking names, logos, website content, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your permission to use the website or a service does not transfer ownership or authorize copying, resale, or exploitation beyond what the law or a separate agreement permits.

The website and general service information are offered on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, no additional implied warranty is made through these general terms. Express commitments in a separate agreement and statutory warranties that cannot be excluded remain in effect.

Responsibility for any loss depends on the facts, each party's role, the applicable agreement, and governing law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory consumer rights, or excuses a party from obligations imposed by law. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive a right to participate in a class action.

Contact us to seek an informal resolution of a service issue. Applicable U.S. federal and state law governs as determined by the relevant service, parties, and circumstances; these general terms do not select a particular state's law or an exclusive court.

We may revise these terms to reflect changes in services or legal requirements. Updated terms will carry a revised date; additional notice or consent will be provided where required by law. Changes do not retroactively alter an already completed transaction unless permitted by law and the applicable agreement.
